I am also into TouchDesigner. I love all the crazy things you can do, withouth many knowledgment of the software. Here are some example of how I use it, whether for mappings (using Resolume Arena) or other projects.
Using an old clip of Gina (the dog), I convert the original video source to an AI dancers. In TouchDesigner, I use the audio track to automate some of the parametres of StreamDifussion, all within TouchDesigner.

I created a LED that follows you, and change its color if you raise your right hand. Here I use TouchDesigner and Resolume.
